Sunday afternoon on Grey Street

Beirut Lounge Newcastle

This is one of the most unique places to eat across Newcastle. We love it. We loved this review on Google: "I ordered a food delivery from this place for dinner. The food was amazing and we enjoyed every bite of it. We had a chicken platter, hummus with chicken shawarma and a lamb shawarma wrap."

Peace & Loaf restaurant

This place serves creative, artfully crafted British cuisine in a sleek, bare-brick restaurant with a mezzanine floor. Sophia gave this interesting review: "My party went for the taster menu that was £70 per person,  one of the best meals I have had in a long time, lovely environment with nice mood lighting, helpful and really chatty staff, the food was exquisite, had tons of flavour and a variety of different tastes and textures. "

Kafeneon

This is Greek and Italian dining in a whitewashed, taverna-like restaurant with a pavement terrace. We believe that this fantastic place to have lunch or dinner. Last summer, we sat outside in the sunshine, and the food was just superb.

In 2020, the YouTube account Kudos to Media posted that they had a brilliant time there.

The French Quarter

Jay commented on Google: "I have been twice now - food is absolutely delicious, and I tried the easy-drinking red wine flight that was also fantastic too. The staff are very friendly and provide an excellent service.

Topolino Italian Restaurant

Danny told us: "This is a great little restaurant. There are very reasonable prices for both food and drink. The staff were friendly, and the food was very tasty. Special bonus points for the happy hour menu that was great with some lovely options."
